Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and account authority

By downloading, activating, or using VOID Animation Migrator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must control the Discord account used for the VOID HUB entitlement and the Roblox account you connect. You are responsible for activity performed through those accounts and for complying with Discord and Roblox terms.

2. What the app does

The Studio plugin identifies animation references in a place. The Windows desktop app lets you select authorized source animations, uses Roblox OAuth to download and upload them directly with Roblox, returns replacement asset IDs, and lets you review mappings before applying them in Studio.

Roblox controls access, upload processing, ownership rules, moderation, and the availability of its APIs. A successful upload request does not guarantee that Roblox will approve or keep an asset available.

3. VOID HUB license and devices

• Access requires an active qualifying VOID HUB product entitlement linked to your Discord account.
• The serial and app access are personal to that entitlement. Do not sell, share, publish, or lend the serial, activation codes, session credentials, or device private key.
• One device may be actively linked at a time. The current self-service policy permits at most two device resets for that serial and enforces the cooldown shown in the library.
• The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. It does not transfer ownership of the app, VOID HUB systems, or third-party assets.

4. Authorized assets only

You may migrate an animation only when you own it or have clear permission from the owner to read, copy, upload, and use it for the selected destination creator.

• Do not use the app to copy another user's or group's assets without authorization, evade Roblox permissions or moderation, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misrepresent ownership.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct source assets and destination user or group and for keeping evidence of any permission you rely on.
• A VOID HUB license does not grant rights in any Roblox asset and is not proof that an asset migration is legally authorized.

5. Roblox OAuth permission

The app requests openid, profile, asset:read, and asset:write through Roblox OAuth. These permissions are used to identify the connected Roblox account and perform the migration you start. You may disconnect in the app and revoke authorization in Roblox account settings.

Do not enter Roblox cookies or a Roblox password into VOID Animation Migrator. The app is designed to use the official OAuth flow.

6. Review, backups, and applying changes

Review the scanned references, destination creator, migration result, and replacement mappings before applying changes. Keep a backup or versioned copy of your Roblox project and test the result. The Studio-side apply step is intended to change only the mappings you approve and keep Studio Undo available, but you remain responsible for confirming the final place state.

7. Prohibited use

• Do not bypass license, entitlement, device, rate-limit, signature, or security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer the service to obtain credentials or unauthorized access, interfere with other users, overload the APIs, distribute malware, or use automated access outside the documented app flow.
• Do not use the app in violation of law, Roblox rules, Discord rules, or another person's rights.

8. Data handling

The Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the website and desktop app. Roblox OAuth tokens are encrypted locally and are not sent to VOID HUB licensing servers. Animation files move between the desktop app and Roblox, not through VOID HUB servers.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the app or require an update to maintain compatibility or security. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, a security incident, abuse, an inactive or revoked entitlement, or a third-party platform change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with every Roblox or Windows change.

10. Suspension and termination

VOID HUB may disable an entitlement or revoke app access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, address fraud or security risk, comply with law, or protect the service or others. You may stop using the app at any time and disconnect Roblox. Terms concerning ownership, authorized use, records, disclaimers, and liability continue where their nature requires it.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for your accounts, permissions, backups, selected assets, destination ownership, and review of all changes. VOID HUB does not control Roblox moderation, API availability, or third-party service decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOID HUB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost data, or loss caused by unauthorized assets, account compromise, third-party outages, Roblox moderation, or use outside these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms when the app, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without overriding consumer rights that must apply where you live.
